Meet Zach Hulce, Founder
Hi, I'm Zach Hulce — founder of Samson Professional Window Cleaning. I started this company in 2017 out of a truck. Not as a figure of speech — I literally lived in my truck, parked in front of the Best Western off Sardis Road in Matthews, and showered at Planet Fitness every morning.
Before going out on my own, I worked for several window cleaning companies — first as an employee, then as a subcontractor — learning the trade inside and out. When I finally took the leap, my first job paid $50 from a small office space I rented. That office became more than my workspace — it became my home. I lived and worked out of that space, reinvesting every dollar back into the business.
By 2020, after years of grinding and building trust with clients one window at a time, I finally earned enough to rent a small apartment. When COVID hit, I didn't shut down — I kept working, kept showing up, and kept delivering The Samson Shine.
Today, we serve Charlotte's most distinguished homes with the same relentless drive and attention to detail that got me here. That hunger to succeed — to prove that hard work and integrity still matter — fuels everything we do. Every job is personal. Every detail counts. Because I remember where I started, and I never forget that your trust is what keeps us going.
